Work as a Teamlead Service
As a Teamlead Service you lead a team of Service Technicians ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of Lely products, such as milking, feeding, and manure robots. Your leadership directly impacts dairy farmers by keeping their farms running efficiently, reducing downtime, and helping them focus on their core business.
You will be responsible for part of the Randstad region (between Amsterdam and the A12, with the A2 as the eastern boundary).
In this role, you'll:
- Lead, coach, and support your team to ensure top performance.
- Manage personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure timely service.
- Foster team collaboration, despite independent work settings, through regular meetings and field visits (3-4 days per week).
- Handle team logistics, including planning, scheduling, leave, and expenses.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, aiming for minimal follow-ups and quick issue resolution.
You'll report to the Service Manager and collaborate with Product Specialists and Service Planners.
Your background
- An MBO level 4 education in Electronics/Mechatronics and/or relevant work experience.
- A service- and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong leadership skills with which you can motivate and guide the team.
- Organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and good English language skills for reading technical instructions.
