DCD Analyst
Job Description
As a DCD Analyst at Lely Benelux, you are part of a dynamic team responsible for the sales and service of innovative solutions in the agricultural sector. You play a key role in shaping our distribution channel and work closely with Lely Centers to achieve our shared mission – a sustainable, enjoyable, and profitable future for farmers.
- You support the DCD Manager with solid statistics along the Lely value chain and assess the performance of the Centers through 'budget versus actual' comparisons and within planning processes.
- Together with the Business Support department, you determine various statistics based on annual reports and develop action proposals with our sales partners.
- You analyze the market environment and describe it both quantitatively and qualitatively. Large databases and pivot tables are appealing sources of information for you.
- You discuss the results of your research on equal footing with the DCD Manager and draw your own conclusions, which you also defend to the Lely Centers.
- You participate in international DCD workshops and support the processes developed there with regional background information from the Benelux team.
- Coaching Lely Centers to a professional level regarding the sales (franchise) agreement is also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- You have experience with data analysis within the sales domain.
- You handle numbers and tables effortlessly.
- You apply your quick understanding, analytical thinking, and conceptual strength to independently implement strategies.
- Additionally, we expect you to have the ability to present your results convincingly.
- A good command of the English language (both spoken and written) is necessary for communication with our headquarters.

The Benelux Cluster is one of the Clusters within Lely International. The Cluster operates in the backyard of Lely International with a forward-thinking and decisive team (30 FTE). From our team, we serve as the point of contact for the eight Lely Centers in the Benelux and work together with Lely International to ensure that Sales and Service are optimized for the end customer in an innovative way. This creates a unique customer experience, where the farmer and the Lely Centers are at the heart of our actions.
