The right fit for your herd

All cows have different teats and udder shapes. To accommodate for this variety, the Lely Astronaut silicon teat liner portfolio is composed of a range of different types of teat liners. Each teat liner is designed combining different design features to allow for the best interaction between your cows and the Astronaut.

The Classic liner, proven over decades, is our oldest servant and original teat liner. This liner fits with average to bigger sized teats.

The Scala liner, an all-round option, is our newest innovation. The flexible head design enables optimal milking performance for cows with average sized teats, while being able to provide good milking performance for varying range of teat dimensions within the herd.

The Comfort liner, especially designed for shorter teats, creates a comfortable milking experience for cows with smaller sized teats. The benefits of the Comfort liner are specifically shown on cows with shorter teats.
